They’re on the hunt for a Full Stack Engineer who’s keen to step into a role that will quickly evolve into building AI-powered, agent-driven experiences that fundamentally moves the needle on their engineering and delivery practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build & Scale Core Systems
Develop and maintain high-performing backend services using Node.js, Go, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL, all deployed in a modern GCP environment.
Enter the AI Era
Design and roll out LLM-powered features and agentic workflows that automate internal processes and elevate customer-facing experiences. (Yes - real production AI use cases, not just wrappers or a throw-away word)
Connect the Dots
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and internal tooling - building multi-step workflows that think, act, and refine.
Own Your Craft
Start backend-heavy, but grow into owning AI initiatives end-to-end - from experimentation through to production impact.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years in full stack development
✅ Strong skills in React / Node.js / TypeScript or Go
✅ Experience working with GraphQL, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL
✅ Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and modern deployment practices
✅ Understanding of data pipelines, scalable systems, and clean architecture
Along with…
✅ Exposure to LLMs / GenAI (OpenAI, Gemini, Vertex AI, etc.)
✅ Understanding of RAG, prompt design, or function/tool calling
✅ Experience (or have played around with) around frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel
✅ Awareness of security, governance, and building safe AI systems
