THE GIG
This one’s made for an SEO Executive or Specialist who loves the doing… but is ready to understand the deeper, strategic "why" behind it all.
You’ll sit within Alpha’s DX team, supporting the execution of organic search strategies across a portfolio of dreamy brands while building your confidence, capability, and independence fast.
Think hands-on SEO, with real exposure to where search is heading next.
You’ll be:
- Executing on-page SEO across epic key accounts with growing ownership
- Running keyword research, intent mapping, and optimisation across content and site structure
- Supporting technical SEO audits including indexation, crawlability, site speed, and mobile performance
- Building and refining content briefs aligned to SEO and GEO best practice
- Tracking performance across rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions, turning data into insight
- Using AI tools to enhance workflows, research, clustering, and optimisation
- Collaborating with content, dev, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
This is where you go from “I can execute SEO tasks” to “I actually understand how search works and how to stay ahead of it.”
AND YOU?
You’ll probably tick a fair few of these: - Around 2+ years of SEO experience, agency or in-house
- Strong foundations in on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation
- Exposure to technical SEO fundamentals including crawlability, indexing, and site structure
- Comfortable with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console or similar
- Experience tracking performance and pulling insights from data
- A growing curiosity around AI, GEO, and the evolution of search
- Able to work independently, but smart enough to lean on the team when it counts
- Bonus points if you’ve worked across eCom or content-heavy sites.
