The GIG
This is your step-up moment.
You’re not here to just keep campaigns ticking along, you’re here to take ownership of performance, direction and impact across a tight portfolio of brands.
You’ll be deep in the platforms daily. Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max, plus Meta across full-funnel campaigns. Testing, refining, scaling, always looking for smarter ways to drive results.
But it’s not just execution.
You’ll be shaping strategy, partnering with clients, and bringing ideas to the table that actually land. You understand the numbers, but more importantly, what they mean. ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate. You know how to pull the right levers and explain why it matters.
Tracking and attribution? You’re across it. GTM, GA4, platform insights. You connect the dots and turn performance into a story clients actually care about.
You’re also paying close attention to where Paid Media is heading. AI-led campaigns, new formats, smarter ways of working. You’re keen to test, learn and stay a step ahead.
And importantly, your work directly influences how clients scale. Not just how campaigns run.
