Join a mission-led EdTech building smarter workforce tools for schools. .NET Core, Vue, AWS. Small team, real impact, flexible setup.
PeopleBench isn’t just another EdTech player - they’re a force for change in K-12 education.
Their smart, data-rich platform helps schools across Australia and the US build stronger, more sustainable workforces - turning complex insights into clarity around strategy, culture, and decision-making. And with educators under pressure like never before, that clarity matters.
What makes them one-of-a-kind? PeopleBench was born out of deep behavioural research and is driven by a small but mighty cross-functional crew of engineers, researchers, psychologists, and designers. Together, they’re solving real-world challenges for school leaders - from teacher shortages to long-term workforce planning.
With a world-class product, proven market fit, and global expansion underway, the next chapter is all about scaling smartly, and scaling with purpose - and you’ll play a major role in making that happen.
The role
You’ll be joining a small but mighty tech team alongside a Technical Lead (hands-on, Vue/.NET), a brilliant product and research crew, and external engineering partners - working across both frontend and backend to improve existing features, ship new ones, and level-up how schools experience the PeopleBench platform.
Expect variety - from platform maintenance and roadmap delivery to exploratory prototypes, AWS infrastructure improvements, and deeper integration with 3rd-party tools and systems.
You’ll collaborate across the business and work closely with researchers and product strategists who live and breathe the customer problem space. You’ll bring that insight to life in code.
