The GiG:
We’re on the lookout for a talented Paid Media Manager with around 3+ years of hands-on experience. You’ve likely spent the last few years hanging out in #agencyland - building paid media strategies, executing campaigns, and driving real-deal performance for a punchy mix of clients - from high growth eComm to smart lead-gen plays.
You’ve worked with brands who get paid media. Ones with sizable budgets and an even healthier appreciation for performance marketing that actually makes a real impact - and you always deliver.
You’re full-stack paid media through and through. Strategy? You live for it. Implementation? You’re comfy in the weeds, flexing your technical know-how, optimising campaigns, and driving results that make clients swoon. You’ve got the experience to back it up, and this role will offer you every opportunity to level up in the coolest of ways.
But we’re not looking for just any Paid Media Manager. We want someone who deeply cares about quality vs quantity, is fluent across platforms, switched on, and obsessed with building campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
Your sweet spot? Paid Search and Paid Social. BIG bonus points if you’ve got Programmatic skills too. But if not, no stress. As long as you understand where Programmatic fits and you’re hungry to learn, you’re in excellent company!
