The GiG:
This isn’t just another Head of Marketing role. This is a chance to shape how the world sees Nexvia - and help drive demand that actually converts.
You’ll set the stage in product-led marketing strategy and roadmapping, and lead full-stack marketing touchpoints end-end. Bringing to life standout positioning, launching unforgettable campaigns, and owning a roadmap that turns heads (and wins hearts). Reporting directly to the CEO, and working in lockstep with best-in-class teams across Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success, this role will give you the keys to the kingdom - now it’s yours to own.
You’ve likely got a solid track record in B2B, SaaS, or Product Marketing. You understand how tech products thrive, and you’re fluent in the art of turning features and product positioning into value. You know what makes a great marketing-engine hum - and you’ve got the intuition and the experience to build it with confidence.
You’ll have the strategic smarts to lay strong foundations and the grit to roll up your sleeves and get it done. You’re product-obsessed, laser-focussed on value, and you thrive in fast-moving, scale-up environments.

Your Mission:
- Create Nexvia’s Core Identity: Clearly define the unique value proposition, pricing strategy, and GTM messaging to sharpen their competitive edge.
- Lead Strategic GTM Execution: Design and own product marketing initiatives that position and set Nexvia up for successful launches and sustainable growth.
- Deeply Understand Nexvia’s Customers: Develop rich, actionable personas through hands-on customer research, interviews, and insights.
- Empower Sales & Messaging: Build persuasive narratives, pitch decks, and enablement tools that win hearts and close deals.
- Fuel Pipeline with High-Impact Content: Launch compelling campaigns, customer stories, webinars, and testimonials that resonate and convert.
- Accelerate Growth Through Smart Channels: Drive brand and demand through ABM, partner collaborations, and referral strategies.
- Champion the Market-Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of customer - feeding market insights directly into product and roadmap planning.
- Partner at the Highest Level: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Founders and GMs to help support winning key accounts, improve retention, and drive expansion via marketing channels.
And YOU? - You’ve spent 8-10+ years driving impact in senior marketing roles - Head of Marketing, Head of Product Marketing, or Senior Product Marketing - across SaaS, product-led, and B2B environments. This isn’t your first rodeo.
- Equal parts strategic thinker and commercial storyteller, you know how to build the roadmap and bring it to life. You set the vision, rally the team, and get in the trenches when it counts.
- Voice of Customer is your sweet spot!. You’re exceptional at absorbing what they say (and what they don’t), weaving it together with killer insights and data to create standout experiences and customer journeys.
- You know how product-led businesses tick. From pricing to positioning, messaging to sales enablement, and campaign strategy across channels - you know the playbook, and you know how to execute.
- You're just as comfortable in high-level strategic and commercial sessions as you are rolling up your sleeves to optimise campaign touchpoints. You operate at altitude and in the detail, always.
- A proven leader with a bright eye for talent, you're product-obsessed, deeply commercial, and ready to build, grow, and lead a high-performance marketing team that scales with the business.
- Startups and scale-ups are your bread and butter. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, embracing the scrappy chaos with creativity, energy, and purpose.
- You’re not looking for just any role - you’re looking for the right team. A place where your voice matters, your ideas move quickly, and you’ve got the freedom to make big and bold things happen.
