As an Business Applications Support, you'll play a key role in managing and optimising digital workspace platforms and business applications, ensuring researchers and educators have the tools they need to collaborate securely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, manage business applications, and create user-friendly documentation to enhance digital operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Administering and maintaining digital workspace platforms (Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365).
• Supporting a range of business applications, including CRM, HR, WHS, and service desk platforms.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues for end-users.
• Developing user guides, FAQs, and training materials to empower non-technical users.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops on digital tools and applications. Keeping up to date with new feature releases to optimise business operations.
