As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in integrating identity providers and research applications into a growing network of research solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Configuring and maintaining identity infrastructure to support secure access for research institutions.
• Translating technical requirements into practical identity and access management solutions.
• Troubleshooting authentication issues and providing expert technical support to stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical guides.
• Staying up to date with emerging standards and technologies in identity management.
• Supporting cybersecurity efforts by assisting with security audits and vulnerability assessments.

What You’ll Bring:

✅ 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
✅ Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in Linux-based systems and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
✅ Experience with authentication and directory service tools like Active Directory, Okta, or OpenLDAP.
✅ Knowledge of SAML2, OIDC, OAuth2, or AWS is highly regarded.
✅ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering secure and scalable identity solutions.
