We’re on the lookout for a Social Media & Content Specialist - aka, a creative superstar who can dream up stunning content that actually hits. You don’t just post; you tell stories, spark conversations, and create moments that make people stop, engage, and remember. 

You’re the kind of person who just gets social. You know the trends before they even become trends, you live for a perfectly curated aesthetic, and you have a sweet spot for making brands feel effortlessly relatable for their communities. From planning drool-worthy shoots to curating content strategies that demand attention, you’re all about bringing the ‘wow’ factor. 

And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be right in the mix, working alongside two fabulous Co-Founders, helping shape killer digital content for a seriously cool lineup of brands. Strategy? Check. Social media magic? Absolutely. Content creation, community management, and beyond? You’ll be right across all the good stuff! 

And, because we know ya’ll love some dot points, here goes.. 

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, post, tag, and monitor socials. 
• Create stunning static posts, bold carousels, eye popping stories, and scroll-stopping lo-fi video content that make feeds come alive on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Use Gain to plan monthly content that slaps: think? Imagery, reels, graphics, key promos, and themes that hit just right.
• Spot what’s hot and dream up fresh ideas to make sure By ABLO’s brands are always ahead of the game.

Community Management

• Jump into comments, DMs, and conversations to connect with audiences in a way that’s fun, real, and engaging.
• Monitor trends, brand mentions, and those golden moments to hop into the mix and elevate the conversation.
• Moderate user content, join relevant discussions, and keep communities feeling alive, connected, and buzzing with energy.

Content Creation

• Collaborate with the By ABLO team, clients, and stakeholders to transform ideas into creative gold.
• Plan shoots: scout locations, pick the perfect gear, set the vibe, and coordinate props that pop.
• Direct models and crew to create high quality visuals that bring the wow factor every time.
• Use tools like CapCut and Canva to deliver polished, platform ready content that’s nothing short of stunning.
• Organise and manage digital assets for easy access and flawless sharing.
• Take feedback like a champ and refine every piece until it’s not just good; it’s exceptional.
