As the Chief Experience Officer (CXO - Workforce Advisory), your mission is simple; turn customers into die-hard fans, amplify the PeopleBench brand, and supercharge workforce solutions while leading an exceptional advisory team. You’re not here to follow the playbook - you’re here to write it, setting the gold standard for customer success and workforce advisory, driving unstoppable growth in Australia, and creating ripples of impact that extend far beyond. 
 
Your team will be the trusted go-to for school leaders, armed with cutting-edge data insights to tackle their most pressing workforce challenges. Whether it’s solving high turnover, designing resilient structures or igniting cultural change and transformation, every project is a chance to revolutionise how schools attract, retain, and empower their people.
 
As a key player of the Global Executive Leadership Team, you’ll orchestrate the evolution of PeopleBench’s advisory, professional learning, and customer success / workforce strategy in ANZ. You’ll inspire, build, and lead a powerhouse team that is obsessed with delivering value, while also stepping into the national spotlight as a thought leader. Your bold ideas and unmatched energy will drive new business and open doors, redefining possibilities every step of the way.

• Lead the Advisory and Customer Success (ACS) function in ANZ, aligning global goals and local brilliance to create unforgettable customer experiences with the PeopleBench platform. 
• Build and inspire a dream team of advisory and customer success rockstars, equipping them to deliver next level support and solutions that ‘wow’ PeopleBench clients. 
• Win and own epic client projects: think workforce strategy, organisation design, and game-changing innovation. Bring your HR and OD magic to craft solutions that transform K-12 schools! 
• Be the ultimate Executive account champion for ANZ, uncovering long-term opportunities to embed the PeopleBench platform and elevate HR practices in schools; Because better schools mean better outcomes for everyone! 
• Level up professional learning and psychometric tools that drive adoption, create impact and turn customers into lifelong fans! 
• Grow accounts like a boss! Spot upsell, expansion, and retention opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product to make that happen! 
• Rewrite the playbook! Work with the Global Executive Leadership Team to scale systems and processes that deliver seamless, efficient, and impactful solutions worldwide. 
• Be the voice of the customer, making sure their insights shape every new product, process, and offering PeopleBench create. 
• Show up and shine at forums and events; representing Peoplebench with energy, passion and undeniable charisma. 
• Hit the road! Travel as needed to connect with clients and colleagues, building relationships that matter. 
• Think global and flexible! Partner with the USA team, syncing schedules to ensure alignment and world class collaboration.
