Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll become the star of the Paid Media show! Get ready to sink your teeth into dynamic strategies while leading a spectacular lineup of Australia’s most cherished not-for-profits to new heights. You’ll play a starring role in overseeing everything from Search and Social to Programmatic (extra points for that!). Collaborating with a talented team, you’ll create integrated campaigns that not only make noise but also resonate deeply with audiences.
 
We’re searching for a performance legend who’s as passionate about the strategy as they are about getting their hands dirty and executing feel-good campaigns alongside a crew of specialists. Your insights and expertise will light the way and drive jaw-dropping digital performance outcomes.

Here are the muscles you’ll be flexing in this role:

• Harness your Digital Performance experience to elevate the agency + ntegrity’s clients, delivering game-changing strategies and campaigns that drive BIG results.
• Flex your strategic skills across the entire performance landscape - Think; Search, Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic. Your knowledge for Paid Media and strategy will help inspire your clients and the performance specialists around you to reach new heights.
• While we don’t expect you to be a specialist in all areas, you’ve got demonstrated experience pulling up your sleeves and getting ‘on the tools’ across; Paid Search, Paid Social and / or Programmatic for the agency's more strategic and complex brands. 
• With high levels of EQ, you’re a fantastic listener who can transform intricate data into impactful, clear communications that resonate.
• Embrace your entrepreneurial spirit! You’re curious and unafraid to ask the right questions, and you’re laser-focused on achieving exceptional results.
• Even though Paid Media is your Jam, you understand the broader digital ecosystem and marketing tech, and you’re committed to crafting hyper-targeted, integrated campaigns that deliver real success for clients.
