Fynd is excited to partner with a leading SaaS Workforce Management Software company that is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join and set the standard for Frontend best practice within its Engineering Team. With a focus on customer-centric design and local expertise, the platform empowers businesses to operate more efficiently and achieve their growth objectives.

About the Role

The Senior Frontend Developer will report to the Technical Lead and collaborate closely with Backend Developers, UX/UI Designers and Product Owners to enhance the platform’s component library and deliver innovative solutions. The role focuses on feature development for the main web application in Vue TypeScript, and contributing to an improved user experience and the platform’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Design to deliver enhancements to the platform and its design library.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive frontend component library.
• Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices, including code reviews and testing.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
• Provide thought leadership in agile ceremonies and team meetings.
• Continuously improve frontend development processes to boost efficiency and team capabilities.

Tech Stack

• Languages/Frameworks: Vue.js, ES6+, Sass, Tailwind
• Tools: Storybook, Cypress, Jest, Webpack, Expo
• Back-End: Laravel, PHP
• Database: MySQL
• Services/Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Aurora, Elasticache, WAF, ALBs, ECS, Lambda, Elasticsearch)

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in creating, maintaining, and improving design libraries.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining high code quality.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent results.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide developers.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
