The gig:

You’ll be working closely with an exceptional Founder and joining a vibrant team dedicated to elevating the experience of the agency’s most beloved brands. You’re someone who isn’t just passionate but is also eager to quickly evolve into a leadership role.
 
Your mission? Be at the helm of managing a lineup of fab eCommerce and lifestyle brands, unleashing your paid media magic across Paid Search and Social channels. You’re the kind of person who thrives on creativity, always strategically thinking outside the box and you’re no stranger to turning significant ad spend into ultimate campaign success.

The Work:

• Campaign Maestro: Take charge of client ad campaigns end-end across Google, Meta, and Pinterest like the performance superstar you are!
• Data Detective: Dive into performance data to uncover trends and opportunities, then serve up insights that make clients say, “Where have you been all my life?”
• Creative Collaborator: Join forces with your crew to whip up compelling ad strategies and eye-catching creatives that leave a mark.
• Trendsetter: Stay in the know with the latest platform updates and industry trends, keeping clients’ campaigns fresh and fabulous.
• Communication Champion: Keep the Founder and team updated with regular performance and satisfaction reports - transparency is key!

Account Management:

• Relationship Builder: Create strong bonds with clients through exceptional service, quick responses, and engaging performance updates.
• Presentation Pro: Wow clients with strategy and performance reports that highlight key metrics and insights - make them visually stunning!
• Opportunity Spotter: Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts and boost revenue like a boss.

Leadership:

• Team Leader: Inspire and manage a small squad of Specialists and Account Managers overtime, ensuring they shine and their clients are over the moon.
• Knowledge Creator: Craft fun training materials and SOPs that elevate Cali Social’s skills and expertise.
• Efficiency Expert: Continuously refine internal processes to supercharge productivity and streamline success.
• Mentor Extraordinaire: Hold regular check-ins and performance reviews that empower your team and foster a culture of growth.
