What We're Looking For

• Technical expertise in HR systems, HR operations, payroll and/or HRIS implementation
• Project management experience with examples of delivering projects to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in consulting, internal partnering, or leadership roles.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify opportunities and shape solution strategies that deliver business value.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics and influence at senior levels (C-Suite, Board, Steering Committees).
• Ability to understand problems, analyse and synthesise data, scope options, and communicate recommendations effectively and to varied stakeholders.
• Capability in analysing data and inputs, synthesising complex information, anticipating needs, and leading strategic discussions.
• Track record of building trusted advisor relationships and delivering successful client outcomes.
