About the Role

As Centre Director of this locally based 92 place service, you’ll provide strategic and pedagogical leadership while fostering a positive, supportive culture for children, families, and your team. You’ll be trusted to lead with autonomy, supported by genuine mentorship and professional development.

• Salary: $94,126.50 – $96,271.50 + ‘Directors Allowance & Worker Retention Payment
• Remote allowance: $5.14 per hour (up to $10,023 per year)

The Right Fit 

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Centre Director
• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Experience in regional or remote settings (preferred, not essential)
• Are focused on visionary leadership, inclusive practice, and maintaining a safe, high-quality learning environment
• Hold full working rights 
• The ability to obtain: National Police Certificate & Working With Children Check
