About The Role

• Facilitate learn through play programs
• Working with the leadership team to continually improve on any educational planning
• Integrating learning areas into play including language, maths, science, music,etc
• Creating, engaging, and safe learning environments influenced by a play-based approach
• Educational planning, observations and reflections
• Promoting positive interactions in the room
• Collaborating with team to ensure that all feedback is gathered to improve practices
• Advocating and implementing inclusion support
• Engaging with children, families, team members and wider community

You’ll Bring

• Be studying towards a Bachelor or Masters in Teaching Early Childhood Education and wanting to build on your experience

OR

• Are an experienced Early Childhood Teacher looking for their next adventure in an organisation with genuine career growth opportunities

You’ll Bring

• An ACECQA approved qualification in childcare:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Bachelor in Teaching (Early Years) or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Assistant Centre Director or 5+ years experience as a Room Leader and Responsible Person
• Strong organisational and administrative skills 
• A deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS, and its implementation
