✔ Work with paediatrics – speech and language delays, social communication, early intervention, and school readiness
✔ Or support adults and older clients – swallowing disorders, voice therapy, communication rehab, and AAC support
✔ Choose your setting – clinic-based, schools, community, or telehealth

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy across a mixed-age caseload 
• Work predominantly from a clinic setting, with occasional school/home visits
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored intervention plans
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Graduated (or graduating soon) in Speech Pathology and eligible for SPA membership
• Passion for working with clients on the autism spectrum and/or communication needs
• Team player with strong communication skills and a desire to grow
• Flexible, proactive, and eager to make an impact
• Driver’s licence preferred (for community visits if required)
