About the Role:

Murdock Recruitment is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to help expand our Healthcare team. Currently specialising in Allied Health Recruitment, our team continues to expand into every niche of the Healthcare space. If you have experience in  Nursing, Aged Care, Disability Services or any other area of Healthcare Recruitment, we want to hear from you!

Salary:
The salary is competitive and based on experience, ranging from $70,000–$90,000 plus superannuation, access to salary packaging benefits and industry leading uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source, grow and manage client accounts.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline through sourcing, screening and placing high quality candidates.
• 360 Recruitment Process, overseeing the full process from start to finish.
• Delivering a high standard service to existing and new clients.
• Being data driven, leveraging insights on statistics to refine your approach and exceed performance targets.
• Collaborating with the Healthcare team, sharing insights and motivating each other.
