 Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing a kitchen autonomously 
• Experience in a childcare, aged care or on-site kitchen (desirable)
• Current Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
• Sound understanding of food safety, dietary or religious requirements & allergy awareness
• Effective communications skills
• 2 Professional References - hospitality or childcare related
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• I'm Alert Food Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
