About the Role:
This is a full-time position, offering flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours or reduced schedules (e.g., school-friendly hours) for the right candidate. We have positions based NOR and SOR.

Whether you’re an experienced Speech Pathologist or a recent graduate, this role provides the opportunity to work with a tailored caseload that reflects your interests, skills, and preferred areas of practice. Comprehensive support, supervision, and professional development will be provided to help you succeed and grow.

Salary:
The salary is competitive and based on experience, ranging from $85,500–$110,000+ plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments in clinic, shared living, and community-based environments.
• Provide therapy services, support communication goals, and recommend tailored interventions.
• Complete a range of assessments and reports, including Functional Capacity Assessments, Speech and Language Assessments, and NDIS review reports.
• Develop and manage a caseload aligned with your skills and areas of interest.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with participants, families, support teams, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain adherence to NDIS practice standards, organisational policies, and professional ethics.
• Previous experience with paediatrics is desirable.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working With Children Check. 
• A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Full membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• A flexible, person-centred approach to supporting individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive outlook.
• Ability to effectively manage your caseload and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
