About the Role:
This is a full-time role, offering flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours or reduced schedules (e.g., school-friendly hours) for the right candidate.

Salary:
The salary is competitive and based on experience, ranging from $85,500–$110,000 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments in shared living, clinic and community-based environments.
• Provide therapy services, recommend adaptive equipment, and suggest modifications to improve living environments.
• Complete various assessments and reports, including Functional Capacity Assessments, Sensory Profiles, equipment applications, and NDIS review reports.
• Develop and manage a caseload that reflects your skills and areas of interest.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support staff, and other professionals.
• Adhere to NDIS practice standards, organizational policies, and ethical codes of conduct.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• A flexible, person-centred approach to supporting individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively manage your caseload and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
