- Manage a small to medium-size group of Skilled Trades in manufacturing operations supply system support to make the daily required production needs.
- Education - High school diploma. Candidates who have Mechanical or electrical engineering degree is a nice/ huge bonus but not required.
- Years of experience - 8 years of experience is ideal, but open to 4-5 years
- What specific technical skills and certifications are required or preferred for this position? Nice to have would be if the candidate has technical skills from another manufacturing site such as metalworking background even in a small shop.
- Are there any particular software or maintenance management systems the candidate should be proficient in? Maxmo is what they use at the Wentzville site. Chronos would be a plus - this is a timekeeping system, any Robotic Vision Software would be a plus
- Years of experience required: Need Maintenance Supervision experience or Engineering/tech experience. They should have at least 2 years of leadership experience
