Duties:           
Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Minor Revision Specialist to join our team.
• This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of branding standards, and proficiency in using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• The specialist will be responsible for implementing minor updates and revisions to both Instructor Led Training (ILT) and eLearning content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute minor revisions and updates to existing ILTs and eLearns.
• Ensure all changes align with Company branding guidelines and standards.
• Partner with business partners and subject matter experts to clarify revision needs and ensure content accuracy.
• Review and proofread content for grammar, formatting, and consistency.
• Maintain version control and documentation of revisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues within Articulate modules.

 
Skills:
Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with branding guidelines and visual design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in eLearning, instructional design, or digital content development is a plus.

 
Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with accessibility standards in digital content.

 
Education:    

• Required: A portfolio, 1-3 years' experience
• Preferred: A degree in Instructional Design or related field is preferred but not required
