Duties:
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Minor Revision Specialist to join our team.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of branding standards, and proficiency in using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- The specialist will be responsible for implementing minor updates and revisions to both Instructor Led Training (ILT) and eLearning content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities: - Execute minor revisions and updates to existing ILTs and eLearns.
- Ensure all changes align with Company branding guidelines and standards.
- Partner with business partners and subject matter experts to clarify revision needs and ensure content accuracy.
- Review and proofread content for grammar, formatting, and consistency.
- Maintain version control and documentation of revisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues within Articulate modules.
Skills: Qualifications: - Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and visual design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in eLearning, instructional design, or digital content development is a plus.
Preferred Skills: - Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with accessibility standards in digital content.
Education: - Required: A portfolio, 1-3 years' experience
- Preferred: A degree in Instructional Design or related field is preferred but not required
