Job Description:

• Procurement Division of an Electronic Company in Torrance, CA is looking for a Temp Logistics Coordinator. Domestic and international Import and Export operation experience preferred.
• Data entry and creating documents using MS Excel / ERP system / MS Word
• Communication with team members / customers / suppliers / freight forwarders to handle orders and shipments

 
Description:

• Process sales orders – order acknowledgement, corrections, price check, input into the system
• Update customers on order status
• Contacting Suppliers
• Coordinating delivery schedule
• Data entry into company’s customized system
• Documentation, Data Entry, and Filing
• Any other related duties will be assigned as needed Requirements
• Proficient in MS Office and any other software used for processing sales orders and purchase orders
• 1 to 3 years working experience in Import/ Export, Logistics, and/ or trading company is preferred
• Experience in order processing and creating documents
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and Detail oriented
• Japanese speaking / writing
