Required Skills

• We are seeking a highly-skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our business and also support other architectural areas as needed.
• The Salesforce Architect will analyze company processes, developing CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.
• The responsibilities of the Salesforce Architect include creating design blueprints and technical specifications, providing design recommendations and risk assessments, and maintaining user roles and security.
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, be knowledgeable about the Salesforce ecosystem, and be able to build systems that effectively integrate with other data sources.

 
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance
• Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs
• Create blueprints of Salesforce application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives
• Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
• Maintain user roles and security in Salesforce
• Develop and enforce best practices for master data management and integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Assist in training and guidance for business users

 
Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect
• Extensive experience in developing technology solutions
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations
• Experience with Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
• Certified Salesforce Architect or Developer is a plus
