Plumbing Apprenticeship Assessor

About the Role Working as part of the Apprenticeship Plumbing team, you will manage a caseload of apprentices and play a key role in supporting them through every stage of their journey.
You will:
- Plan and carry out workplace assessments
- Deliver high-quality training and support to learners
- Monitor apprentice progress to ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship Standard
- Liaise with employers and learners to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Lead on standardisation activities
- Coordinate the Internal Verification (IV) process
This is a varied and rewarding role where you can directly impact learner success and progression.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry experience in plumbing
- Experience assessing apprenticeships (or willingness to work towards an assessor qualification)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A passion for supporting learners in a practical, work-based environment
