The Role
You will deliver Agricultural Engineering to Level 3 students, combining practical workshop-based learning with classroom teaching. Your industry knowledge will play a key role in preparing learners for careers in modern agricultural engineering.
This is a hands-on teaching role where real-world experience is highly valued.
Ideal Background
We are particularly keen to hear from industry professionals looking to move into teaching, as well as existing lecturers.
You should have:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant specialism
- Strong experience working with agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters
- Knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (tickets highly desirable)
- A passion for developing the next generation of engineers
No teaching experience? No problem — full training and support will be provided.
Teacher Training & Support - Fully funded Level 5 Teaching Qualification (apprenticeship route)
