Construction Technician (Term Time Only, Full Time)

Salary: £30,000–£32,000
Location: Hackney, East London
Contract: Permanent

Think FE are partnering with a highly regarded and well-resourced further education college in East London, known for its strong vocational curriculum, modern facilities and supportive working environment.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Technician to join their busy Construction department on a full-time, term time only basis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain workshop equipment and materials
• Support lecturers during practical sessions
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Monitor stock and order supplies as required
• Maintain a safe, organised learning environment

What do you need?

• Experience as a college technician or similar workshop-based role
• Strong Construction background (trade or site experience)
• Knowledge of health and safety within practical environments
• Reliable, organised and proactive approach
