• 13:15 – 14:45 | GCSE English

Fridays

• 09:00 – 10:30 | Level 1 English
• 10:45 – 12:15 | GCSE English
• 09:00 – 10:30 | Level 1 English
• 10:45 – 12:15 | Level 1 English

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified English Lecturer to deliver both GCSE and Level 1 English in a well-established London college. This is a short-term role suitable for a focused and flexible professional who can support learners across mixed levels on a part-time timetable.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive sessions in GCSE and Level 1 English
• Support student progress with tailored teaching and effective feedback
• Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to meet learner needs

Person Specification

• Recognised teaching qualification
• Recent experience teaching GCSE and Level 1 English
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service
• Strong classroom management and adaptable delivery approach
• Ability to quickly build rapport with learners
