Marketing Business Partner
Contract: Fixed‑term (maternity cover), 24 hours per week (Pro‑rata)
Salary: £18,286.72 – £20,029.34 per annum (pro‑rata)

Think FE are proud to be working with a well respected further education college in Northampton to appoint a dynamic Marketing Business Partner to join the team on a fixed‑term basis. You will:

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns that raise the profile of the college and support student recruitment.
• Craft engaging content across digital channels: website, blog, social media, email.
• Oversee website content management, ensure it is up‑to‑date, relevant and optimised for user experience.
• Produce social media content (text, graphics, short video) and manage social media planning, scheduling and engagement.
• Organise internal and external marketing events — open days, enrolment events, campus tours, collaborative community activities — to showcase the college and its student opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance: track metrics, analyse results, prepare concise reports, and iterate strategies based on insight.
• Work collaboratively across departments (Admissions, Curriculum Teams, Student Services) to ensure marketing activity is aligned with recruitment goals and brand identity.

What we’re looking for

• A strong track record of designing and delivering marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, event, print) in a busy environment.
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) – ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) for websites and with social media management tools.
• Excellent writing skills: ability to create engaging copy for social media, web pages, promotional materials.
• Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable analysing data and drawing insights to improve campaign performance.
• A self‑starter who thrives working collaboratively and independently, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

What’s on offer

• Full time salary of £28,192‑30,879 – pro rata to £18286 – 20029 for part time hours
• Part‑time, 24 hours/week, offering flexible working around your schedule (with potential for full‑time for the right person).
• 33 days holiday per annum + Christmas closure
• Government pension scheme with an exeption 20% employer contribution
