Safeguarding Administrator – Temp until Christmas
Location: Northamptonshire
Rate: £15/hour PAYE + holiday pay

Think FE is working with a respected college in Northamptonshire  who needs a highly reliable administrator to support their safeguarding team through a temporary backlog. You’ll be reviewing and logging safeguarding files for incoming students, uploading them accurately into internal systems, and flagging concerns where needed. This is a full time position (37 hours per week), working until at least the Christmas holidays, with potential for extension beyond this depending on the workload.

What experience will you need?

• Strong admin experience with excellent attention to detail
• Emotionally resilient – content can be sensitive
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable with process-heavy work
• Safeguarding experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training will be provided
• You will need to be immediately available for interview and start and happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check (including child barred list).
