Job Title: Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant (Supported Learning)
Location: An Ofsted-rated Good further education college in Northamptonshire
Working pattern: Term-time only (38 weeks per year) Part or full time available.
Start date: As soon as possible
Annual salary (actual): Full time: £20,546 (Full Time Equivalent: £24,500)

About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting learners who need extra help? We’re looking for an Experienced LSA / TA to work 1‑to‑1 with students who have learning difficulties and disabilities. You’ll need to be flexible and ready to work across a variety of practical learning environments — including a farm, animal welfare unit, construction workshops, and sports facilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities — ideally in a professional or educational setting (personal experience also considered)
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working across a range of subjects and learning environments
• Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in inclusive education and supporting student progress
