Lecturer in Bricklaying (Temporary or Permanent)
Location: An Ofsted-rated Good further education college in Warwickshire (West Midlands)

About the Role
We're recruiting a Level 3–qualified Bricklayer to teach in a college, delivering engaging, high-quality instruction across Levels 1–3 in a supportive and vocationally focused environment.

• Salary Range: £35,000– £37,500 per annum
• Working Pattern: Full-time, temporary or permanent.
• Approximate daily rate (for temporary coverage): ~£220 per day.
• Start Date: As soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver vocational bricklaying training across Levels 1–3.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with industry and academic standards.
• Apply real-world site experience to contextualise theory.
• Engage, motivate, assess, and support learners of all levels.
• Collaborate with curriculum and support teams to enhance delivery and outcomes.

• Level 3 bricklayer
• Site experience
• Teaching experience (desirable)
