About the Role A Good-rated general further education college in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated Learning & Placement Advisor to support students on Level 3 Plumbing programmes. This is a permanent role that offers the chance to make a real difference by mentoring future tradespeople and building strong links with employers.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide students through course selection, work placements, and career progression
- Promote plumbing programmes through events and employer engagement
- Monitor learner progress and complete assessments as needed
- Liaise with employers and assessors to ensure effective training delivery
What We're Looking For - A minimum of Level 3 Plumbing qualification
- Experience in the plumbing trade (no prior teaching experience required)
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Confidence engaging with students, employers, and training staff
