£18–£30 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable teaching professional to deliver high-quality sessions in Land and Building Surveying. You will be responsible for teaching and assessing units across Level 3 and Level 4 construction programmes, focusing on land/building surveying and setting-out practice. Please note, this post does not involve quantity surveying.
The role offers the chance to work with motivated learners in a supportive FE environment, where practical industry knowledge is highly valued.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or higher in Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, or the Built Environment
- Alternatively, a Level 4 or 5 qualification with substantial industry experience in surveying
- Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering technical content
- Teaching experience is desirable but not essential if supported by strong industry credentials
