Location: Middlesbrough (local travel to apprentice sites required)
Salary: £34,225 per annum
Pension: Teachers’ Pension Scheme

The Role
We’re seeking an Electrical Engineering Lecturer to assess and support apprentices in the workplace and help them achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding, full-time permanent role with scope for professional growth.
Responsibilities include:

• Visiting local sites to support apprentices, build portfolios, and prepare for End Point Assessment
• Delivering high-quality, practical teaching and guidance aligned with industry standards
• Working closely with employers and college staff to ensure learners meet their milestones

Candidate Profile
Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Electrical Engineering Assessor
• Experience delivering and assessing apprenticeships in FE

Development Pathway:

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
• Own transport and full UK driving licence
• Willing to work towards an assessor qualification
