An Ofsted-rated Good college in Greater Manchester is seeking a Painting and Decorating Lecturer to join their growing team. The Role

As a Painting and Decorating Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to learners of varying abilities who are studying levels 1-3 painting and decorating
• Share your industry expertise to equip students with the essential skills, knowledge, and techniques for success in the construction industry
• Monitor and support learners’ progress to ensure they reach their full potential
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment, both in the workshop and classroom
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure high-quality delivery of the programme

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you will be:

• A qualified lecturer with experience in industry of painting and decorating
• Possess a recognised teaching qualification (TQ)

We also welcome applications those who have:

• Professional experience in the painting and decorating industry with a level 3 P&D qualification
• Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification, with support provided
• Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to commencement of employment
