Functional Skills and GCSE Maths Tutor
Location: An Ofsted-rated 'Good' college in Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,046 - £40,322 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking three dedicated and passionate tutors to deliver Functional Skills and GCSE Maths courses. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our students' numeracy skills, preparing them for academic success and future employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Functional Skills and GCSE Maths.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Support students' personal development and academic achievements.
Qualifications and Experience: - A degree in Maths or a similar.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience teaching Functional Skills and GCSE Maths.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
