Motor Vehicle Lecturer – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Location: An Ofsted-rated 'Good' college in Berkshire
Salary: £30,612 - £44,091 per annum + £6,000 Scarce Skills Bonus for new teachers (or those in their first five years of teaching)

Positions Available:

• Full-Time Lecturer – A comprehensive teaching role with full benefits.
• 0.6 Part-Time Lecturer – A flexible opportunity for professionals balancing other commitments or wishing to still work in the motor vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical Motor Vehicle lessons up to Level 3.
• Plan, assess, and support students in achieving their qualifications.
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure industry-relevant learning.

Who are we looking for?

• You will have a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle as well as industry experience in the motor vehicle trade
• In possession of or willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (TQ) – full support provided.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a passion for education.
