Residential Experience Officer 

Location: Northamptonshire
Hours: 37 hours per week (40 weeks per year)
Salary: £21,096.35 - £23,020.10

About the Role

We’re working with a leading college in Northamptonshire looking for a dedicated Residential Experience Officer to join the team and help create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for students living in at the college accommodation. You will promote wellbeing, coordinate social and educational activities, and support student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a sense of community through events and support services.
• Supervise student welfare and promote inclusivity and respect.
• Manage student behaviour, ensuring adherence to college policies.
• Provide pastoral care and on-call support.
• Support safeguarding and wellbeing policies.
• Assist in organising social, sporting, and volunteer activities.
• Contribute to the induction and integration of new students.
• Support with inspections and administrative duties.
