Personal Development Manager – Cambridge
Salary: £38,601 - £39,190 per annum

Are you passionate about supporting students' growth and personal development? We are seeking an experienced Personal Development Manager to lead a dedicated team, shaping enrichment activities and personal development initiatives that prepare students for success beyond education.

The Role

As a Personal Development Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the Personal Development team, ensuring high-quality tutorial content and a well-structured Personal Development Portfolio.
• Oversee enrichment activities, including employability skills development.
• Provide line management for:
• PD Coaches
• PD Coach and Enrichment Officer
• LRC Team
• Gym Supervisor
• Pastoral Support Co-Ordinator
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance students' personal and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in management within an education setting is essential.
• A Teaching Qualification (TQ) or Coaching Qualification.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• A passion for student enrichment and employability skills.
