We’re looking for a dynamic Health & Social Care Lecturer to join a well-regarded college in Reading on a temporary basis. Your Role

• Engaging Teaching – Plan and deliver Health & Social Care modules that inspire and equip students with practical knowledge.
• Assessment & Support – Mark assignments, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in their academic journey.
• Student Guidance – Offer pastoral support, ensuring students have access to resources that enhance their learning.
• Collaborative Approach – Work closely with colleagues to refine the curriculum and share best practices.
• Accurate Records – Maintain attendance, progress, and assessment records in line with college policies.

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualification – A minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience – Teaching experience, ideally in Further Education.
• Teaching Qualification – A recognised teaching qualification (TQ) is strongly preferred.
• Communication & Organisation – Ability to deliver engaging lessons, adapt to different learning styles, and manage time effectively.
