Think FE are working with an esteemed college in Gloucestershire who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join the Engineering team. If you have a passion for education and a strong background in delivering Level 3–5 engineering qualifications to full-time and part-time students, as well as apprentices, we want to hear from you.
The Role

As a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Level 3–5 qualifications
• Support full-time and part-time students, including apprentices
• Ensure curriculum quality and compliance with awarding bodies (EAL and Pearson)
• Contribute to the college’s reputation for excellence in engineering education

What You Need

• Teaching experience within further education
• Minimum HNC or HND in Engineering
• It would also be helpful to have a knowledge of quality assurance procedures and experience with awarding bodies (EAL & Pearson)
