Personal Tutor – Worcester
£18 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay
Monday – Thursday, Full Days

Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their personal development? We’re looking for a dedicated Personal Tutor to step into a vital role at a leading further education college in Worcester.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while covering for an internal promotion, with potential for a temp-to-perm move at a salary of circa £25K.

The Role As a Personal Tutor, you’ll be responsible for delivering Thrive sessions, covering key topics such as:

• Mental health and wellbeing
• Healthy eating and lifestyles
• Positive relationships

You will also:

• Contact parents and track learner absences
• Provide one-to-one and group tutorial support for students on the Health & Beauty course
• Offer guidance to ensure learners stay engaged and succeed

What We’re Looking For Essential:

• Level 2 Maths & English
• Experience delivering educational sessions (e.g., PSHE, personal development, or related subjects)

Desirable:

• A qualification in guidance, youth work, or teaching (or a willingness to work towards one)
• Experience in mentoring, advocacy, or training within an educational, youth work, or health service setting
