Think FE is working with a highly regarded SEN College who are offering a rewarding opportunity for individuals with a background in care to step into the role of a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
You’ll be supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them navigate both lessons and working environments. Your role will involve resolving student issues, providing essential support, and assisting with personal care as required.
Location: Sheffield – with travel to other sites across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
Pay Rate: £12.08 per hour
Hours: Up to 4 days per week, Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

What We’re Looking For: - Passionate individuals with care or nursery experience

- Own transport and willingness to travel between sites
- GCSE Maths and English
- Enhanced DBS including child barred list (we can help you to obtain this)
