About the opportunity
We’re seeking a Campaign Officer to join our National Health Services Directory (NHSD) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring healthcare service information is accurate, up to date, and accessible for consumers, health professionals, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver phone and email campaigns to verify, update, and maintain accurate healthcare service information in the NHSD
- Accurately record campaign outcomes and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity
- Respond to consumer and stakeholder enquiries professionally and within agreed service levels
- Collaborate with NHSD and Data Management teams to support campaign delivery and issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign processes, documentation, and service quality
What You’ll Bring - Experience in customer service and/or data entry with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- A customer‑focused mindset and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team environment
