We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Building Consultant - Rectifi to be the key link between our clients and supervisory team, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and outstanding customer experience throughout the rectification journey.

As a Building Consultant - Rectifi, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing requests, queries, and issues throughout the rectification process. You will provide timely progress updates and clear communication to clients, ensuring all interactions are thoroughly documented in our systems. You will collaborate closely with Site Supervisors, Construction Managers, and internal teams to resolve client matters quickly and professionally.
About You
We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and possesses outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be approachable, empathetic, and capable of maintaining composure during challenging interactions.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new procedures and software, while effectively prioritising tasks. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be key to your success.
Experience in the building industry is beneficial but not essential. More importantly, we are looking for candidates with a solid background in customer service and a knack for building strong client relationships.
