About the Role

In this role, you’ll ensure everything is in order—from maintaining procedures and filing systems to administering online and internal document control platforms. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Health & Safety Department, helping us maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Your role will include:
- Managing the flow of documentation within the controlled document system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Editing documents to meet established standards and compliance requirements.
- Implementing and improving document control procedures to oversee creation, revision, and approval processes.
- Training and coaching internal departments on document control standards and best practices.
- Managing compliance-based critical information and documentation.
- Leading internal audits and supporting external audit processes.
- Maintaining the non-conformance register for accurate reporting.
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team in managing and retaining critical business information.
- Preparing monthly reports on document management performance and strategy.
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
- Contributing to ongoing business improvement initiatives for Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and culture.
Skills and Experience: - Proven knowledge and experience in document control systems
- Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and departments.
