Maintenance Supervisor

We've got an exciting role for a Maintenance Supervisor to work on a high end commercial site based in Hertfordshire! This is a static position, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5PM.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of M&E Engineers, allocate works, oversee site logbooks, RAMs, Permits, Contractors whilst also remaining on the tools carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

• Motors & Generators
• UPS Systems
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarm Testing
• AHUs, FCUs & VAVs
• Pumps, Belts, Bearings & Seals
• Sprinkler Systems
• BMS Operation
• Carrying out plant and system isolations in line with safety procedures
• Ensuring all corrective and repair works are completed to required regulations and standards
• Promoting safe working practices and compliance across site
• Organising and managing subcontractors
• Completing RAMS, permits to work, and logbooks
• Raising and closing jobs via PDA systems
• Producing reports and attending client meetings
• Keeping the Account Manager updated on site activity and progress
• Liaising with client representatives regarding remedial and repair works.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

• City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ OR Equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering 
• At least 5 years experience within commercial building services
• Ability to lead a team 
• Client facing 
• Excellent word and excel knowledge 

Salary and Package:

• Up to £50,000 per annum 
• Parking on site 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
