We've got a brilliant opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team based in Berkshire! This is a standout role if you're looking to join a growing commercial building service provider that will offer long term progression and valuable career experience.

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, trouble shoot / fault find, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided

This is a mobile position, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
• Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical, electrical or HVAC-related issues.
• Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, motors and associated equipment.
• Undertake general mechanical or electrical maintenance in line with your core trade.
• Carry out general plumbing and building services maintenance where required.
• Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
• Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
• Complete job sheets, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships with clients.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Qualified in either AC, mechanical or electrical engineering / installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivelant)
• Full UK Licesne
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team
• At least 3 years experience within commercial building maintenance

Salary and Package:

• £45,000 - £47,000 per annum 
• Van, fuel card, PPE and tools provided
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
